Dream Girls is a homage to my late Rajput master Bannu from whom I learned the techniques and sensibilities of Indian painting. It evokes the sensuality of early Buddhist murals at Ajanta, and the lyricism of 18th century Kishangarh painting. The Asparas or protective feminine spirits watch over a child in a garden of Eden.
